David wrote the ‘Journey Program’ to provide a process for people, just like you, to answer four basic questions: ‘Who am I?’, ‘Where am I?’ leading to ‘Where am I going?’ and ‘How will I get there?

The ‘Journey Program’ has been designed to increase your awareness of who you are and what your life is about. The format helps you recognise that your daily life consists of living and playing in up to five different sandboxes. Each sandbox has specific needs and demands that, at times, may be in conflict with each other. No wonder you can feel exhausted some days.

The program allows you to examine the three critical areas of your personal life: Personal, Couple and Family plus the two key areas of your business life: Preferred Work Approach and Actual Work Environment.

Each area represents a sandbox that is divided into six focus points: What interests you, rewards, feeds, drains you, what validates you and where is your sanctuary.

As a participant in the Journey Program you will initially receive three months of coaching to help you navigate through the program and to increase awareness. Awareness creates knowledge; knowledge allows you to make informed choices and decisions.

There are three versions of the ‘Journey Program’ for you to consider: ‘Your Personal Journey’, the ‘Retirement Journey’ and the ‘Succession Journey’.

With over two decades of knowledge and experience David understands the need for this program. He is licensed and certified in the use of powerful alignment and behavioural assessment tools that are used to match people with roles that are conducive to their success.
